Color of footer in Fixed-Width Framework

Recommended Posts

creativespark

Hi All So sorry, I have a final question. My client saw a proto of the site I'm working for when it was in full-width mode and had a solid blue footer. I had to change it to fixed-width mode because they wanted the distinctive "boxed" look (i.e. a grey background off to the left and right, with white content area). But they don't like that the footer is on the grey background. Is it possible for me to get back that solid "block" look of the footer? =) thanks so much for all your help Marc

Try this in your CSS Rules (Custom Code)... adjust "red" to the color of your choice either by word or hex code (e.g. #ffffff)
#footercols {background: red}
Hello, It would be easier if we could see the site. But, you could also try:
#footer{background:#ffffff !important;}
