iBlog Pro Forum - Can't remove certain pages from navbar

I've been using iBlog Pro forum for a few weeks and it's been running great. Yesterday I added a couple a pages to my site but rather than the pages not appearing in my navbar as with the rest of my site they did appear in the navbar on the forum page messing up the appearance. I use an 'Exclude pages from navbar' plugin but it's not rolling over to my forum page. I can't give a live URL to show what I mean as I don't want my visitors seeing it looking a mess on the forum but here a couple of images. The first image shows how it should look and the second image shows how it's looking on my forum page.

Funny thing, we had the same issue creating our forum, therefore we created an option for it in the bbpress admin

Thanks. I finally think I'm losing the plot. I've already done this previously in BBPress admin for some other pages. I'm spending far too much time on this stuff!!
