How to I make the footer shorter?

I'm trying to resize the height of my 5 column footer at the bottom of my page. How can I make it shorter? http://www.treebranchbuttons.com

You can make it shorter by adding the CSS below but it wouldn't make too much of a difference since the footer is very small already: [code]#footcols {height: 60px;}[/code]
