Trouble with upgrading platform pro on wp

Hello! I recently upgraded platform pro by logging into my account, downloading the latest version and reinstalling it to wordpress. After the upgrade I noticed it had not included the extra features ie. Typography. I had upgraded another site successfully so have no idea what went wrong!
