youtube video issue

I have placed a youtube video in my feature. However, you have to pause the features in order to play it or the next feature loads instead. I have a lot of older users and they are struggling to figure out how to watch the video all the way through. Is there some code that when the video starts the features stop playing automatically?

No, but you can set it to manual, so that it doesn't move automatically in PlatformPro -> Feature Settings. Set Feature Viewing Time (Timeout) to 0.

Hi. I have the same issue: when a customer enters my homepage he should see a video. After the video is finished he should see a feature slider showing some pictures of the video with text changing every few seconds to the next image. But I don't want to replay the video again. I already tought about setting 1 page with the video and then to redirect the user to a page having the feature slider. But it is not that simple as I wish it to be (hidding the second page out of the navigation. browser reloading while the visitor is reading etc.). Another idea was to set the change time to something a little bit longer then video. But as the video is 45 secs the images nearly doesn't change anymore and after showing the 5 images the video restarts (which is that much of a problem as I guess nobody will stay 3 min on the page and I can just add pictures for repetition into the set extending it to 10min or so). => maybe somthing to change the time setting after a ceratin period would be a solution. I guess this is the same issue as idahobusinesscouncil has. If somebody has an idea how to solve this it would be appreciated.

Much as I adore the Pagelines slider, you might be best looking for one specific to playing multiple videos. http://www.wordpress.org/extend/plugins

Can you extend the time on just one of the slides? That would allow it to complete if I auto play it.

I think you'll need to edit the feature slider code to adjust timing for just one of the slides. As rangelone suggested I think it'd be best to find a plugin that'll allow you to perhaps change the time of one slide so you don't have to mess around with the code.
