You might look into this plugin: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/xlanguage/ I'm unable to find a master list of supported languages. Also, use at your own risk, it is only tested up to WordPress: 2.7.1 I'm curious if you are fluent in Romanian yourself, or if this is a clients project. Create your own using Poedit, then add the .pot file in the language folder and use the codestyling localization plugin to do the rest.
