How do I Create A New Site Header Template and Use it

I have created my custom section for Header that basically strips out all the hyperlinks I would like to use it on a header that is specific to landing pages. Is it possible to create a new Site Header Template ? How do I use this new Site Header Template ? Is there a good documentation or example i can follow? Thank you, regards, joie

You can try implementing it as a hook placed in the header and then it can be hidden on pages where you don't want it to show.

Yes, that is what I am doing now, but Is it possible to create new Site Header template and selectively use it, or would it be too much things to code
