The sidebar won't go up next to the feature slide

hello, (excuse my english) This is my site http://www.creallianz.com/actu , I have been searching for a solution to make the sidebar go up next to the feature slide, I have seen it on many other sites and to me this is the best way to design the homepage. Here's a screenshot of what I'm trying to do: See, the sidebar is next to the feature slide. This is what it does when I'm trying to do the same: http://www.creallianz.com/s-arena/ The only problem is that the sidebar won't go up.
