Changing Text Size - Bigger, Mostly

Hi all! I would like to make some of the text in my site elements (not in Posts or Pages - I know how to do that) a different size. I assume this is done with editing the CSS in either the Platform or Platform Bas installations. Anyone got time for a quick tutorial on where to edit that CSS? Thanks. You can put custom CSS code in your Platform Pro settings in Custom Code-> Custom CSS. The alternative place to put it is in platformbase/style.css assuming you have the child theme activated.
