Crazy Black Frame Appearing

Recommended Posts

cliff

I'm getting this black frame at the top of my blog, it spanns the width of the page and appears in all the browsers I try. I've never seen anything like it and don't know where to start with getting rid of it. I didn't make any changes recently to the design. Anyone seen this type of thing before? http://www.normansprinteryblog.com/

Sorry all, I found it. It was the plug-in Lightbox 2 treating my header as an image to enlarge. Which still doesn't make sense but that's a different problem.

Cliff, you'll find that plugins do all sorts of crazy things. Keep in mind most are designed by amateurs on their own computers and what looks good on their machine may not look good elsewhere. The CSS they write also has been known to conflict with other plugins, themes and even platforms. They require considerable tweaking from time to time. They kinda remind me of my former marriage: love 'em; can't live without 'em; totally drive ya bonkers!
