Simon 248 Report post Posted August 22, 2011 If you change your twitter details you will need to wait a while, it caches the results for 10 mins so you dont hammer the twitter api and get yourself banned
iphoneza 1 Report post Posted August 22, 2011 Aaah it's working again! Thanks pross appreciate it I thought it might be a cache issue. Glad I didn't ban myself from Twitter API with the amount of times i refreshed
iphoneza 1 Report post Posted August 22, 2011 Ok..it's back to "No public Twitter messages." now.. Would that be because I changed the username a few times in options? If i refresh a few times it shows the feed, and then after the next refresh it says the same error.. hmm

Simon 248 Report post Posted August 22, 2011 Damn i see its iblogpro, it relies on a twitter plugin that was updated about 3 years ago. Your best bet is to get a newer updated plugin from wordpress.org/extend/

When I click on MichaelSpackman I will be forwarded to my twitter page; however, none of my tweets are pulled into my account. Any solutions? Michael

hansonexperience+ 8 Report post Posted July 2, 2013 @martindavies Why? My question is the same as the topic No Public Twitter Message problem. How can I solve that?
Rob 547 Report post Posted July 2, 2013 Hi, It is considered inappropriate to hijack a topic. This one has already been excessively hijacked and we're trying to control it. When a moderator asks someone to open a new topic, it's simply best to do so. The issue of Twitter not working is documented here: http://www.pagelines.com/forum/topic/27598-twitter-errors/?hl=twitter It is not iBlogPro or PageLines, but Twitter. We are working to resolve this issue, but it takes time. Thanks for your patience and understanding. In the meantime, I recommend deactivating the Twitterbar section.
