Feature Slider

Hi, my feature slider is only playing 2 slides when I entered for it to cycle through 4. It is only playing 2.

Make sure the slides are present and that on the right hand side of each feature slide setup the Feature Set is checked. If you have more than one, make certain it's checked to the same one as the two slides that show.

Options: 1. Make sure the image is set in the background field, not the image field making sure it's the right image type (.png, .jpg or .gif). Make sure there are no oddities in the header or text like odd code or symbols. If everything seems okay but the slides don't show, skip to Step. 2. 2. Change your settings in PlatformPro > Feature Settings from 4 slides to 5. Create a new slide with a different picture using the same image as one of them as the background and copying the same text into the heading (but mark it with an * so you know which is which) and body. Again, make sure the Featured Set is checked for the new slide and see if that shows up? If it does, recreating the missing one then delete the two slides that did not show. If that fails let us know and we'll escalate this for developer support.
