mkhomesupport 0 Report post Posted August 20, 2011 HI ....Cant seem to get the theme to load? The site looks fine in wordpress but once I have logged out the theme is not desplayed on the web? Is PlatformPro or Base activated (should be Base). How did you upgrade? Automatically or via FTP? Send a link to your site please. mkhomesupport 0 Report post Posted August 21, 2011 renamed version 1.4 to old in themes the uploaded 1.5 via word press themes. All seemed fine but once i logged out of word press the platform pro theme is just not loading? www.mkhomesupport.co.uk can see all the headings and content in the correct place only while previewing via word press but all seems to just vanish once logged out? Rob 547 Report post Posted August 21, 2011 If you're using Platform Pro, you must have PlatformBase. You need to activate Base as your theme. It pulls together multiple files in both Base and Pro. Once you have the Base activated, the setup should be exclusively within the options provided unless you're capable of making code changes. I've never heard anything like that before. Have you tried disabling all plugins to see if that helps? This is mad been installing and uninstalling - this all just started when I upgraded? Have the base and pro version installed now. But makes no dif! do my head in. Simon 248 Report post Posted August 21, 2011 You are using W3 Total cache, you have it set to minify css, but your server config is producing a 500 error for the minified css files, thus your site is loading without any css. Disable minification. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
