Background like this link in Wordpress?

I'd like to know if anyone knows how I would achieve this look/functionality within PlatformPro or EcoPro? http://www.cyclingnews.com/ Check out the cool Rapha wear on either side of the content. I think it's awesome and would like to include it and use that as a part of my advertising space.

I'm not sure exactly what feature you're talking about, was there ads off either side of the page or something?

Yes.On the far left and right, all the way down the page. Also, I left another background related question back on my other post about EcoPro. I didn't realize that answering Accept would do this.

Hm, it could be just me, but I don't know what you're referring to. Are you talking about the dotted background seen at the top of the page? Sorry. :-?

The two large areas on either side of the main page with Rapha 50% off. If you don't see the background, try zooming out.

oh wow, i see it now. It doesn't appear in Chrome, but it does in Firefox. Wierd. Anyway, you could insert a couple of divs via a hook such as pagelines_before_page. Then you could absolutely position the divs to be on either side of the site content. http://www.pagelines.com/docs/base-child-theme
