Forum Release for Eco Pro

Is there a planned forum release for the Eco Pro theme? if so when and will it be an included add-on for people purchasing this theme? I have a client who I got to purchase the iblog3 theme, and have convinced him to purchase the eco pro theme, but he had that question. regards Sean
