Feature slider not functioning

Well, I can't seem to get my feature slider to move and no navigation shows up either. ...I've tried the default one also and it does the same thing. Have I broken the page it's on somehow? I've disabled all the plugins and still nothing happens. Here's an unadorned basic install of it: http://www.onet-it.com/?page_id=165 Thanks for all your help, you guys have been great!

What are you feature settings at the moment? How many slides have you already created?

I have 3 slides, feature nav with names, timeout 3000, trans 1500, effect: fade, show play/pause, number of features: 10, source: feature posts(Custom), area ht: 500px. Plus I'm not sure how my pause/play button is purple... I'm sure I've got some crazy CSS going on... not my specialty. : ) http://www.onet-it.com/?page_id=165

Change the number of features from 10 to 3. It may be looking for extra slides that aren't there. I noted your site is very slow loading. That could be the cause.

Hi rangelone, thanks for replying. I've done that and still nothing. Curious as to why nothing shows up in the navigation? I've tried thumbnails also but can't get anything to appear. Tried just using the default set that comes with platform but it behaves the same way...

As for the navigation, make sure that your Menus (Appearance > Menus) has your primary menu selected and saved. Some plugins may alter that and make a navigation disappear.

I've actually installed this theme on another server just to see if I could get the default feature slide to work there and it's acting the same way. No thumbnails or motion. No plugins installed. http://michaeljukes.com/missy/

Why is your test theme so messed up, this is not a default install is it? Maybe there's something seriously wrong with your server or you have files missing or corrupted?

Well I was assuming it has to be me... maybe I'm not configuring it right? I have completely done a fresh wordpress install and then I've installed platform pro and platform base uploaded as zip files just how I got them as the theme with no alterations at all. I've put the feature template into the sample page. I'm getting the same thing. Hi Catrina, yes, installed it just like that. Even activated the Platform Pro without the Base and still no motion or navigation for the default feature slide. 3 different browsers, 2 different servers. If you'd like to login and look at the settings you're more than welcome to. You had Number of Feature Slides set to 1 in Pagelines Meta Settings for the sample page. I have changed it to ten, and now you have the advancement.

kastelic, you are the man! See, I figured it was just simple ignorance. I put that as 1 because I was assuming that was how many feature sliders (the whole feature thing) I wanted on the page, not the amount of slides within it. Thanks for your help once again... cheers!
