Features Slider - How can I make the "Feature Background Image" a link?

now THAT is a clear and concise answer with ZERO assumptions about my knowledge level. You, my good friend are AWESOME. Thanks for being that way.. never change. I'm going to ask another question about pausing the features animation when the user hovers over the features area OR if the slide area takes focus. This is primarily because I've included a form in one of my slides. Hoo! Thanks again!

Brent, don't mind me being the dummy in the room, but why include the form in the slider and not just create a slider to sell people on going to the more static, immobile form on a page? I can imagine someone trying to fill the form out and it moving one way or the other, causing frustration. And yes, I concur, Catrina is AWESOME!

it's just one less step.. they 'could' click through to the form and get the same thing but it's just removing a step... it will only serve to frustrate a user if I can't get the hover and focus state to pause the feature slider.. If I can't... then I'll just do as you suggested. thanks for asking the question though.. always good to have other opinions.

Hm, I don't know of any fix that can allow the slide to pause at will. I'd go with the immobile form on a page. That way, perhaps the user won't accidentally click anywhere to make the form move away.
