avatars (profile pictures) with plugin avatars by Peter Stirling

Hi Andrew, I would like to change tha default globoal avatar by gravatar.com to be changed to a local one.. Therefore I installed the plugin Avatars by Peter Stirling. How and where do I have to make changes to get my own default or users default to another avatar ? Thanks in advance !

Not sure, I'd try the plugin site for help with this one Sounds like a cool plugin though
