alimaserrat 0 Report post Posted November 6, 2009 I have installed StationPro, but the slide show of the main page is not appearing and i have worked with all the options still nothing... what could be the reason?
Andrew 207 Report post Posted November 6, 2009 Typically this is caused by one of three things: Plugin Incompatibility - i.e. one of your installed plugins is conflicting with the theme. To test, deactivate plugins and check.Javascript errors - Something on your page might be creating a JS error. To test, use Firebug console and see if any JS errors are reportedMarkup Issues - i.e. you have an open 'a' tag or 'div' tag causing things to get screwed up. To test, use Firebug's Inspect function. Andrew 207 Report post Posted November 12, 2009 Looks like you're getting some JS errors... try disabling your plugins until you identify which is causing the issue. Also, keep your eye out for a new update to StationPro coming very soon. AP

Andrew 207 Report post Posted November 17, 2009 I've also seen this problem with 'markup' issues.. such as an open 'a' tag.
alimaserrat 0 Report post Posted November 17, 2009 SO what should i do, since i have bought this theme to start new promotion line, and advertise campaign, hence earliest i can find the resolution toward this difficulty, better. Please advise me if the files might have problem, and provide me with new link to download so i can re instal the theme.
Andrew 207 Report post Posted November 18, 2009 its not a markup problem in the theme; but perhaps one in your content or plugins. The only way to identify this is with a 'live' link to your site. Can you provide one for your feature page?
alimaserrat 0 Report post Posted December 1, 2009 i don't get it what do you mean? i can provide you with admin pass if you like, it is critical to have that on my website. thanks.
Andrew 207 Report post Posted December 1, 2009 If you've entered any content, or are using non-standard widgets or plugins, they can have HTML markup or Javascript issues that will cause problems. If you have FireBug for Firefox you can inspect the HTML and see where problems are coming from.
