Convert sites to paglines / importing data

Hello I have two clients who wish to convert quite large content sites to the PlatformPro Base theme. Obviously I don't want to have to cut and paste every individual page in via the WP admin. Can anyone point me in the direction of info on how to mass import basic post/page detail in to the database? The only content i would need to define would be Page name (and resulting URL) Heading Body Categories Any help much appreciated!

I haven't used this plugin before, so I'm not sure, but you can try it and see how it works for you. You can also bump this topic up so other forum members won't miss it.
