Recommended Posts

Danny

Hi, I have this custom twitter scroller plugin: http://codecanyon.net/item/readmytweet-jquery-twitter-scroller/full_screen_preview/235571 There is a Wordpress plugin version which Im actually using and I want to have it replace the Pagelines default twitter section, I have attempted to create a new section, but not sure what to add interms of getting the plugin to work in that section. So my question is, is it actually possible and if so, can someone give me a hand in getting this to work! Thanks Danny

Could you provide a link to the documentation? If the authors provide a template tag to aid in placing the widget in a theme, then that is what you would put in your seciton.

Well I have looked on the site for the plugin and through the plugin .zip and there is no documentation. But I really want to get this to work but don't have a clue where to start, so could I send you the plugin through email? Would that help?

I've tried searching for the WordPress version of the plugin you mentioned, but I can't find it. Is it also called Read My Tweet?

You can try posting a comment on the plugin page about where the documentation is. I've scrolled through the comments there and the plugin author appears to be responsive to questions. :)

I have emailed him using the contact form he suggests but with no reply as of yet, I will leave comment. But I was wondering what is this template tag Kastelic mentioned, basically what would it look like ?

I think the template tag he's talking about is some kind of short HTML code that could be placed in a file on your site, but that is to be determined by the plugin authors.
