Section Control Options Not Showing for Blog

Trying to remove the "morefoot" section from the main page of my blog (posts page), but section control is not showing when I go in to edit. How do I get section control to appear so that I can make this change?

First click, screen options at the top of the screen and make sure to check show pagelines control options, if checked and it still isn't to the right, look around sometimes is can slip into other places.

Doubled-checked my screen options and section control was checked. I the heading for section control on the right-side of the page, but instead of showing me the options it just says, "Note: Individual page settings do not work on the blog page (use the settings panel)."

You'll need to go to Template Setup and disable the morefoot section in the Posts Pages template.
