auto updating on my platform pro doesn't work how do I activate it

Under updates it says I don't have any theme updates. However I no I'm not running the current version. I tried to manually update but it said that the destination file already existed.

Depending on what version you're using, the older versions didn't have the "auto-update" option. So, you may have to manually update to the latest version. An easy way to check is to see if you have a Settings->Misc tab. That's where you configure "auto-update". If you don't have it, then you'll have to manually update this time.
