LOST SETTING COLOR

Look... It's many months that I expect that someone will fix the problem! And the frustrating thing is getting irritating! I can't, every time i click on 'platform settings' on WP Menu, have the theme that lose all color settings and I have to re-enter them each time so, each one individually! PLEASE REPAIR THE PROBLEM TO MY SITE, THANKS!

No! .. i had tested but one mounth ago with different plugin... know i test agian and... i found the plugin that make this problem and i cleared. Is 'Live Countdown Timer' Thanks!
