Multiple Box pages

I am having a bit of an issue with Boxes and a box page. Ultimately I created two box sets (say A and B for example). I want one page to show only the boxes in Box Set A and another page to show only the boxes from Set B. It seems no matter what set I place the boxes in, they all show up on every page I create that is a "Box Page". Then again, when I create a page, chose it as a "Box Page", there is no field that lets me tell the page "Use Set A" or which ever set I choose. What am I missing?

I do not have a meta settings, I have: Custom Field Slug Author Publish Page Attributes Page Line Section Control Podcast (plug in) None of the above section looks anything like that screen shot

Go to the top of your page edit screen and click Screen Options. Is Pagelines Meta Settings checked here?

Actually...I selected that page B should only show page B box set, but yet it still shows 6 of the boxes on the page from box set A even though those boxes are clearly placed ONLY in box set A
