Get rid of the Pagelines logo and link in footer

Can anyone show/tell me how to get rid of the Pagelines logo in the footer of my page?

Insert into Custom Code-> Custom CSS: Edit: Credit link removed. If you need CSS to remove the footer credit, contact the help desk at [email protected] or upgrade to Developer.

I've seen this css answer all over the place; it's a great starting point. Any knowledge as to replacing the pageline logo with my personal logo?
