Buddypress plugin not working

I am using Platform Pro Dev and the buddypress plugin and template plugin. When I activate the Buddypress plugin, it puts all the buddybar stuff in the footer in a long single column. How can I keep Buddypress but make it appear correctly? Thanks!

Are you sure the BP Template pack is completely setup?
