Dynamic CSS File Not Writable

If I want to edit the PlattformPro settings, there is this message in the header: Dynamic CSS File Not Writable I did checked the file, its on 666, also when I do the settings on 777 it's not working. There are also the 'Upload Permissions' there are on 777, but nothing is selected, and I can't change this settings, can it be a problem with the server rights?

I use PlatformPro with a Chiletheme...

On the test page it's all working (same server) I did try to download the dynamic.css an upload to the now address, but it will not do any canches... here the lnks: http://www.heitz-international.com/ http://www.heitz-international.com/test/

I would contact your hosting company if you're having issues changing directory and/or file permissions

But on the test page all is workin and it's the same hosting...
