Feature Box not scrolling images

Feature box images are not scrolling. What am I missing?

Try putting a number in Feature Settings -> Feature Viewing Time

I did this and still cannot get this to work. I cannot get my thumbs to show on the feature navigation either. Could I be uploading the pics to the wrong place on the page?
