How to edit Highlight Title

Attempting to edit the Title box in a Highlight page (In Content) link: http://www.preparemd.com/template-page-post-mercola-like/?preview=true&preview_id=571&preview_nonce=b32af28f9f Problem: can't find "the interface we've provided in the 'add page' section of the admin". Those are the instructions that show in the Title box. The 2nd option is add "featuretitle" and "featuretext". This adds copy in the box, but it doesn't REPLACE the other instructional text. Where do I edit this text/copy/HTML? thank you Add text in admin using the interface we've provided in the 'add page' section of the admin or simply add a custom fields to this page called "featuretitle" & "featuretext" (with the corresponding content).

The Highlight Page title can be edited on the admin of the actual page, in the shown here I do have to say though I'm not entirely sure what you are trying to edit...a feature page or a highlight page?
