Images not Showing in Carousel

I added the carousel to my feature pages and have set it so that it pulls in the thumbnails from my blogs. The thumbnails are showing on the blogs but not on the carousel - which says thumbnails not available. I've made sure that the thumbnails are of the required size but still no joy. I use the carousel on another platform pro website and it works perefctly on that. Any ideas as to what the problem may be? Thanks

If you have any plugins on your site, you should try deactivating them one by one to see if any of them could be causing the problem with the carousel.
