Needs Feature Link Help

Recommended Posts

usaf_1982

This might seem basic but reviewing documentation and previous forum discussions I am still stuck. Website http://facilitationprocess.com I have four rotating features. Each are a png file but I cannot at add a link to the images. I set up the feature as follow: 1. No text in the body 2. Feature Text Position: Full width Image - no text 3. Feature background image: blank 4. Feature Design Style: Black text - no Feature Background - No Overlay 5. Feature Media Image: Link to the .png image 6. Feature Link URL: http://facilitationprocess.com/consulting-and-facilitation-services 7. Link Text: services -tho I do not want text anywhere. 8. Navigation label blank. The images are not live hyperlinks. What am I doing wrong. I have used Pagelines over a year and am just now starting to use the Features function. Everything else to this point has been intuitive. Thanks for your help!

Do you have any plugins you can deactivate one by one to see if any of them could be causing the problem?

So are you saying that the settings are all correct? I need someone to say, yeah you have the settings right ... or no change this.. THEN if you say, yeah the settings are right, it should work.. THEN you can say try this. I have no to waste time experimenting with things that "could be"

I could be wrong, but I don't think the images will link to your desired content. If I'm not mistaken, you need to put in the link text, even if its just "Click Here" in order for you to be able to click through. At least, thats how I had to set up my http://best-forex-trading-signals.com site.

In order to make the image a link, use an HTML image tag in the "Enter html for feature media area" and wrap it in an anchor tag. Don't use the feature image uploader.

I am having this same problem, and don't understand the solution. I would like to make my features .png graphic clickable. I tried to set it up for a while but I couldn't figure it out no matter what I put the settings to. I noticed this question has been asked before, but I don't understand the answer. If someone could help me out, that would be great. I have very limited knowledge of html...

@vlc777, could you open a new topic on this as it's a very old topic and likely outdated compared to your current product. We also have no idea what you're using or know the link to your site. A new forum topic would help you get much better results. Thanks.
