Error: Email is required.

I get "email is required" error when registering as a new user on bbpress. I got the theme working and deep integration working fine. I can post, reply, etc with admin account but cannot create a new user. I put my valid email address but still get the error. After a while, I noticed as when I include "wp-load.php" in bb-config.php for deep integration, this error occurs. Otherwise it works fine and a user can be registered. So something wrong with deep integration?

What happens when you enter an e-mail address other than the one you already registered?

Any email address, either previously registered or a brand new email address never registered in wordpress or bbpresss database gives the same error. This error occurs with or without activating the platformpro theme for bbpress. This only occurs if I add the php statement "require_once(dirname(__FILE__).'/../wp-load.php') " at the beginning or end of bb-config.php. Other than this, everything works fine and a new user is able to register without any problem. Adding the statement makes all the difference.

I got it working. Here where I went wrong. I created a page in wordpress named "forums". The permanent link was "localhost/wordpress/forums" which was conflicting with bbpress install as it was pointing to same page. So, when I register, the register.php in bbpress was sending information to "localhost/wordpress/forums" .. which was actually the page "forums" and not the bbpress location. So it was giving error. Solution: Change/remove the page "forums" created in wordpress. All works fine. Thanks.
