BandNav, Branding and Navigation with search not found page bug

I found new bug. Steps to reproduce: 1. Install fresh wp 3.2.1. 2. Install pro and base themes 3. Activate base theme 4. Go to PageLines Settings 5. Go to Template Setup 6. Edit Site Header Section: -> remove secondary navigation -> add BandNav section -> Banding: Hide this by default -> Navigation: Hide this by default 7. Open site in new tabs and search something not found in you blog, like "21fasdf asf". Result: all header sections visible - BUG. Correct result: Branding and Navigation section must be hidden.
