Feature Slides in Home/Posts Page

I want to set different feature slides on different pages. Since it seems that the posts page has no meta ID I need to find a way to avoid other feature template pages from displaying the feature slides I set exclusively for the home/posts page. Since I didn't get any valuable help I decided to start a new discussion...
