Installing WhiteHouse Theme on Mac

I am trying to install WhiteHousePro3 using the "install a theme" button in WordPress. When I choose the whitehousepro3_dev folder it simply opens up into the files rather than uploads... How do I upload the entire folder?

upload the zip, not the folder

Thanks. The download only is showing up on my Mac as a folder not a zip...

You can always get a free FTP program, and upload the unzipped folder into the themes directory manually.
