Table formatting incorrect

Hello awesome Pagelines team!! So I'm trying to put in a table on a page on our site, and somehow a few
tags are getting into the code.... Here is the HTML code from the wordpress editor:

Tithe and Offering -	$
Missions -	$
Building Fund -	$
Other? (please specify) -	$
Total -$

And here is what is coming out when I do view source of the page:

Tithe and Offering -	$
Missions -	$
Building Fund -	$
Other (please specify ) -	$
Total -$

As you can see there are some
tags getting put into the code somehow, but I can't figure out how. I have already checked the "Remove default WP formatting?" checkbox in theme options>Global Options. Is there anything else I can use to get rid of those crazy
tags? Thanks!!

Here's what you can do, but its kind of messy. Just delete all line breaks (whereever you pressed enter to go to a new line) so all the code is in one huge continuous line. Or there are plugins that disable wordpress auto-formatting such as WP-no-format or WP Unformatted
