Where to add code to CSS?

I just got some wonderful help from Kate with CSS, but I don't know where to put it exactly. I am sorry, I know i'm that dreaded newb! Thanks! Here is the CSS .widget-title{background:blue;color:#ffffff;} Where do I paste this exactly?

Hi Andrew, You can add the custom CSS code into the CSS Rules box located in the Custom Code section of the PlatformPro settings.

That worked great, but now i can't change to the color I specify...Only to the generic color blue. Any help here?
