1. how can I link directly from the picture to a file/website 2. picture are all 150x100, but the picture are cut.

Hello, 1) Unfortunately this isn't a built-in feature of the carousel. 2) What do you mean by "cut"? Cropped? If you have a link, that would be helpful.
