How to change the background image?

Hi, I am using Platform Pro. I already created several website with this framework, and everything was fine. Now I have a problem. I have installed the theme in Wordpress, I am setting the different options, but I am not able to change the background image. In fact I don't have the Design Control in the menu and I don't find where I can change the background. Is it normal to not have the Design Control in the menu? Can you help me please? Many thanks. Note: I have wordpress 3.2.1.

Problem solved: I had installed an old version of PlatformPro and didn't worked well with the new version of Wordpress. After having installed the last edition of PlatformPro it's all ok.
