How do I move the feature & main nav menu up so they "merge" with branding?

Hi--I've adjusted the main menu bar so it is the same background color as the branding image above it. Ideally, I would like to use css to move it up so that it meets up to the bottom of the logo (SB Trails Council logo). See https://sbtrails.org/ for what it looks like now. Would also like to move up the feature so it meets up to the bottom of the main menu, thus giving the site a nicer look and feel. Have done a lot of the work using Firebug but am not seeing how to do this. Thanks for help!
