Thumbnails and Picture Sizes

1. How do I add a thumbnail of a picture to a post, and where/how do I get the thumbnail 2. How do I reduce the pixels / size of a picture .. .ie .. take it from being a 5 mb picture to a 100 kb picture to be used in carousel

1. When you upload an image to a post/page, you can select the size of the image in the thichbox popup window. Use a photo editing peice of software, like Abobe Photoshop (which is quite expensive) or Gimp which is Open Source, simply open your image and reduce the size or the image. http://www.gimp.org/
