Please Help - Hijacked Website

Hey Guys, Could someone please be kind enough to help me out? I've tried for the past 2 weeks to identify the malware on my website that keeps on redirecting new visitors to a survey. This only happens to the visitor on their FIRST visit only and then if they refresh the page they will be redirected back to the site. Could someone please shed some light onto this?? this is frustrating and i can't figure this out for the life of me. it's a limo company: http://www.shadyslimo.com

yes it is. if you try with internet explorer or firefox it's sure to pop up.

I get the normal page in FF Chrome and Safari. Are you sure you sont have a virus on your PC?

that's why i said 3 different laptops!!! can i please send an attachment? i have other people who've seen it. I had godaddy support verify it also. but their knowledge going that deep is very limited. Other customers have mentioned it too

ok, well why not disable the caching then, cos i get a cached page every time.

hmm that screenshot looks alot like facebook, have you tried disabling any facebook related plugins?
