I am trying to manually add php code to add "sharebar" plugin to all posts on my site and I am wondering where to put the code.

I'm just curious: does the plugin have an option to insert after all posts? That might be easier If not, the easiest way to do this would be with a hook. You can read more about them here: http://www.pagelines.com/docs/base-child-theme
