How to make an author page?

Hello, I have just created a multi-author single-blog site and I need to make author pages for each user. But now when I click on the user names in each post it only redirects to the home page of the site. I have googled how to make author page for wordpress and seems I have to make a author.php thingy from archive.php. I couldn't find the archive.php from platformpro them directory. Is there anyone can show me how to make author pages? this is very important to me. Thanks in advance Colin

There is already an author type template section used to show an author bio at the end of posts...there is no archive.php because most of the loop based files are handled by the template.postloop.php file which you should definitely check out.

ummm due to the new rel="author" and rel="me" an author page is definitely needed for each author in my site... anyone can show me how to make one inside pageline platform pro? thanks a lot

By "This is already in the new release." what do you mean, and how do I use it... I ahve just bought http://bloggingdojo.com/wordpress-plugins/author-plus-premium-wordpress-plugin/ and I want to use it. How do I integrate this?
