How can I organize boxes in a box set in alphabetic order

I want to make a page like this: http://www.cookfreshfood.com/index-pagina.php Thought of using separate boxes with one picture and combine them in a box set because every pic/capture has to link to a different page. Can I use as many boxes in a set as I like and how can I organize them, they need to be in alphabetical order.

If you are going to be adding a lot of boxes like that then I would rather suggest to write a custom loop to display your posts this way so you can have it dynamically populate as opposed to creating a box for each recipe.
