Banner Font Displaying Bolded in Some

Recommended Posts

j0emv

Hi, We have this weird issue going on where most of our banners are displaying in a strange font that seems larger or bolded. Here is an example of it: http://my.fxw.org/banner/ The body text seems to be larger or bolded than body text on posts or pages. This seems to have come out of nowhere, all was well before. Not sure if the upgrade caused this or not? I also have one page where one of the banners displays as it should, and the others on the same page display like in the example above. There's no rhyme or reason why it's happening, I've checked everything. Anyone have any ideas why this is happening? Thanks!

What strange font do you see? When I look, I see the default font for PlatformPro (Georgia). Can you please post a screenshot of what you see on the banner page?

Here's a better example: bannerproblem.jpg Notice, for some reason the fonts are different sizes in the banners. The top banner is the correct font size, the bottom banner somehow is different.

Ah, I see now. Have you tried looking at the banners on other browsers to see if the problem is banner-specific?

Yes, it's the same in different browsers I've tried (Chrome, IE, Firefox, Safari, etc) on both macs and PC's.

Have you checked your HTML for both banners (and entire site) for unclosed tags or other markup issues?
