Over when down navigation

Hi there just need to know how to change my over when down navigation, my nav goes solid when Im on the a certain page I need it to be transparent as I dont care if they dont know what page they are on. it keeps blocking my background image and looks totally out of whack. nah kate its when Im on a page the name of the page is highlighted and i dont want it to be I think its over while down?
