Adding the child theme to PP

Recommended Posts

I have a site which is using the PP dev version but the child theme isn't installed. As the 1.5.2 update is threatening to wipe all modifications it makes sense to activate the child theme to avoid this issue. Is it just a case of activating this theme? I don't want to lose any settings for the site. I only have a couple of lines of custom CSS in the custom code box.

Yes, you should download the child theme PlatformBase if you don't have it already (log in to your Launchpad at http://pagelines.com/launchpad to download the theme) and upload the theme to your WordPress site.

Please read the docs before posting. Please do not private message me unless I ask you to.

Thanks. The only thing that didn't work when switching to the child theme was the custom menu - the option was blank for the primary website navigation. All fine now.
