Eco pro - NextGen carousel not working?

on Eco pro, there is a picture carousel, which i've uploaded a few pictures successfully. But it seems that the plug-in site is not allowing access to upload anymore? what gives?

Hey Tom, What do you mean by "the plugin site is not allowing access to upload anymore"? Do you mean your own site?
